Dirt Stained
Dirt
Stained
ruined something once so pure
It won’t go away, don’t look to close,
You might see the scars,
whispers
lies
tear and eat you alive
Don’t listen cover your ears
Maybe you won’t hear the dirt
torn
broken
crumbled down to be peeled away.
Your skin will never be thick enough
Curl inward to seek shelter don’t listen to the whispers.
Never the same, no one can fix what they can’t see is broken.
No one will ever see the lies.
No one will ever know the scars that stain me.
