No Yearn to Learn - No-Kia Chhota Bacha
Learning as I have been constantly posting in my blogs is itself an art, its takes not only a good teacher but an excellent student as well to learn, as they say it takes two hands to clap and not one, I write this blog unfortunately in vain for I see no yearn to learn in one of my students this year the one I have been constantly referring in multiple blogs as Swink, Chotta bacha and a new name from today on No - Kia for everything or rather every other thing said is always a No, just coming to work daily on time is appreciable but standalone is not, yet the chhota bachha comes to office daily in a very timed manner and stays long hours but again no learning all throughout, hey dude if you gotta learn you gotta put efforts, there are numerous resources it yu who's gotta way to find a way to utilise them to your benefit, if you ask the IT assistant about Quant then you are wrong, if you are looking for a project guy to tell you programming logics, you are wrong, when you have full access to all resources which are devoid from all other trainees, it is indeed not appreciable to see those resources not being utilised, even as full two weeks complete of training in a 4 week schedule, you are exactly where you started,
Chhota bacha has to understand the value of important time, always a No-Kia attitude will not lead anywhere, in a corporate world that too in a corporate giant, you are not getting anyone as a dedicated full time mentor unless you pay for the manhour, in the real world if you are getting a mentor you are the one supposed to find the ways to utilize it to max, do not find this post offensive but as a feedback a true feedback which cannot be shared on an official note as it will lead to results not desired,
Yet again I beseech thee to learn, No-Kia has not yet delivered a single good i.e. a single procedure, a two line program doesnt remain impressive for long, please understand and make up reports for once again lemme reiterate that actions speak louder than words, and unfortunately I see only words and no actions to support the words!!!
