A Lone Stranger

Absolutely brilliant.....this will delight you... (Thanks to my friend, C A Shivanand Gaitonde , for sharing it...) A German Shepherd starts chasing rabbits & before long, discovers that he's lost. Wandering about, he notices a panther heading rapidly in his direction with the intention of having lunch. The old German Shepherd thinks, "Oh, oh! I'm in deep shit now!" Noticing some bones on the ground close by, he immediately settles down to chew on the bones with his back to the approaching cat. Just as the panther is about to leap, the old German Shepherd exclaims loudly, "Boy, that was one delicious panther! I wonder if there are any more around here?" Hearing this, the young panther halts his attack in mid-strike, a look of terror comes over him & slinks away into the trees. "Whew!" says the panther, "That was close! World Elders Day..... There was a call from an Old Age Home to a son abroad. The son said, "It is recession here, please don't ask for any donation or financial help." The Old Age Home Manager said, "Who asked you for any donation? Your Mom breathed her last a few hours ago." Son: "Then I will come, as the landed property is to be dealt with." Manager: "No it was sold two years ago, to meet the medical expenses of your ailing Dad". Son: "Oh, I was not aware. I will send some money to conduct Mom's last rites in that case". Manager: "No, your Mom donated her body to the medical college & some compensation may be received for that. I want your Account No. to remit the cash....that's why I called you." Total silence from the son! Think about this... Respect the elderly... Cheers...

For parents of all teenagers & twenty- somethings too....... Remember that intimate conversation you had with your son? The one where you said, “I love you & I need you to know that no matter how a woman dresses or acts, it is not an invitation to cat call, taunt, harass or assault her”? Or when you told your son, “A woman’s virginity isn’t a prize & sleeping with a woman doesn’t earn you a point”? How about the heart-to-heart where you lovingly conferred the legal knowledge that “a woman doesn’t have to be fighting you & you don’t have to be pinning her down for it to be RAPE. "When Hitler invaded Poland & started WW II, the Polish soldiers left 500 women & 200 children in a ship & told the Captain to take them to any country where they could get shelter. If any of them survived, then they could meet all over again. The ship, filled with 500 refugees, police, women & 200 children, reached the harbour port of Iran. There was no permission to shelter anyone, not were they allowed to even land there. They did not get help even in Seychelles & permission was not given in Aden as well. Finally, the ship, wandering in the sea, came to the coast of Jamnagar in Gujarat, where the Maharaja of Jamnagar, "Jam Sahab Digvijay Singh", not only gave shelter to five hundred women, but also gave their children free education in Balachadi, at an Army School.
